La carn d'Angus és carn que prové de la raça bovina Angus. Aquesta raça era original del poble escocés d'Angus, però ara ja es cria a Catalunya.
La principal característica de la carn d'Angus és que té més greix infiltrat i per tant és més tendra i sucosa i amb un gust més intens.

La vedella és indiscutiblement la carn més popular, ja sigui en txuletó, en bistecs, en entrecot, com a hamburguesa o som a carn picada.

Tot i que al llistat dels 10 més venuts no hi apareix, el filet de vedella sencer és el producte més venut si en comptes de per unitats comptéssim les vendes en €.
